White space was embraced throughout the brand to convey Forum's sleek sophistication—from logo and stationery, to website and print collateral. The wordmark's rich gold and deep navy tones provoke a sense of elegance, while the open-ended letters embody the airy nature of the property. The custom-drawn map highlights the property's central location within the Denver area by focusing on nearby perks and attractions. All of these elements cohesively tie together within the brochure and website to detail the lifestyle experienced at Forum Fitzsimons.

A sense of community
The brand's light, airy feel was carried throughout all of Forum's mediums and materials. Photos were selectively chosen for floor plans inserts to provide a sense of community, while the custom area map paints a picture of the connection residents will feel to the surrounding Denver area.
